Fundraising

We are offering a very limited opportunity to golf and dine at the private Jack Nicklaus Signature Design championship course, Sycamore Hills in Fort Wayne, IN. 

 

Spring or Summer dates can be scheduled, availability is limited.

$750 PER INDIVIDUAL

Playing 18 holes. Hosted by Dr. Coats who will play along.

Breakfast or lunch included.
